🏠 Delivery Address: Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.

Delivery Requirements:

  • Someone must be available to receive the package
  • Valid ID proof may be required for verification
  • Packages cannot be left unattended
  • Delivery attempts: Up to 3 times

🚫 Areas We Cannot Deliver To:

  • Military/Defense establishments
  • Correctional facilities
  • Certain remote PIN codes (we'll notify you)
  • International addresses (India only)

📞 Delivery Day: Our delivery partner will call you 30 minutes before arrival. Please keep your phone accessible.

Failed Delivery & RTO Policy

If delivery cannot be completed, here's what happens:

Notification: You receive SMS/call about failed attempt

Rescheduling: You can reschedule delivery (up to 3 attempts)

RTO (Return to Origin): Package returns to us after 3 failed attempts

💰 RTO Charges:

  • Prepaid Orders: Full refund minus ₹99 RTO charges
  • COD Orders: ₹199 RTO charges apply
  • Free Shipping Orders: ₹149 RTO charges

⚠️ Avoid RTO Charges: Please be available during delivery window and keep your phone accessible. You can also reschedule delivery through our customer support.
